Thanks to Jeff, Kate and Greyson, Hadley now has a super-awesome water bottle to drink from. May the water that leaves this bottle and enters her body fill her with the good sense to attend Allegheny someday and may it also alleviate the evil spirits temping her to go to Bucknell...(Jess obviously hasn't proofed this post).
After the long (but fun) winter, we have all loved being outside a ton this month. I think Rossi and Sawyer may have missed the nicer weather the most...the squirrels are running for their lives. We built ourselves some raised beds for our garden this year, so hopefully that will brew us some better results - the only issue will be the little thief of ours, Sawyer. The lawn still is half dead grass and half alive and there's still some large branches down from the winter snowstorms, so hopefully we'll get some weekend time to work on those things throughout May...especially some chainsawin'.
Here's a few tidbits from the past month or upcoming month...my car needed major repairs and was out of my hands for 2 weeks, Hadley is still not happy about being left on her own at daycare at the YMCA when mommy wants to work out, the Pens are into the 2nd round of NHL playoffs, Sally is graduating very, very, very soon, my teaching year is winding down quickly, Sally and Pete have birthdays on the 7th and 8th of May, the VW bug is back in DuBois with dad, we're finally getting that leak in our roof fixed (I gave up), my mom and dad came for a great visit just recently, and the 1st day of May is on Friday.
Hope all is well. Here's a few pics to peruse and a video to boot...

This is wonderful; I especially love the pictures. I wonder, however, why Whim's departure is not part of your spring happenings!
